Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international delivery for all of our products. Delivery times may vary depending on your country of residence. On average, they are 48 hours for Europe, 96 hours for the United States, and longer for the rest of the world.

What are the delivery times ?

All orders placed before 12:30 p.m. are dispatched the same day. For others they will be shipped the next working day. Ex: I order a product in France on Tuesday at 4 p.m., it will be shipped on Wednesday with delivery 1 to 2 working days (thus Thursday or Friday.

Is it possible to have it delivered to a relay point?

Yes, you can be delivered to a relay point with our partner mondial relay. For this, once your order has been validated, you can then choose the relay point of your choice, benefiting from the speed and quality of dispatch from mondial relay. .

Do you accept exchanges/returns?

Exchanges and returns are possible up to one month after the date of receipt of the product.
In France : exchanges/returns are free.
Outside France : exchanges/returns are also possible. They are the customer's responsibility.

Return product second life. Second life products are products that have been used for filming or for collaborations. It is also possible to return second life products, but we remind you that we proceed to a credit note following the return of the product.

Where are your products made?

All our products are made in Morocco in Casablanca. We work with workshops specializing in luxury leather goods with over 40 years of expertise.

What is your warranty policy on your products?

All Paul Bertin Paris products have a two-year warranty during which we cover repairs related to a manufacturing defect.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use of our products, wear and aging of natural materials (leather, brass, cotton, etc.)

Beyond the second year of this year, a contribution of 20 to 80€ will be requested from you for the payment of a repair. Repairs requiring a return to the workshop in Paris take on average 2 to 4 weeks.

If you wish to send your bag for repair, we invite you to send an email to contact@paulbertinparis.com explaining the desired repair and, if possible, attaching photographs. We will then tell you if a repair is possible, and at what cost.

What types of leathers do you use?

We use different types of leather (smooth, grained leather) All our skins come from Italian tanneries. our leathers are all LWG for a better respect of the environment as well as an optimal quality. For more information on our leathers, go to our commitments page

Do I have to create a customer account to order?

No it is not an obligation. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, this will allow you to find your history more quickly, edit your addresses and track your package online. You will also be notified when new products and exceptional events are released.

How often do you send newsletters?

On average, we send out one newsletter per month. You have the possibility to unsubscribe at any time, with one click. These newsletters are sent to introduce new products and announce important events.

Customs and delivery charges for the United States
